Brief Introduction
His research focuses on the development and clinical application of advanced radiation therapy techniques, particularly proton beam therapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and image-guided radiation therapy, to improve treatment outcomes for patients with cancer. He also investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer development and progression, with a particular emphasis on hepatopancreatobiliary, thyroid, and breast cancers.
